What if you can not i-flex my calf and feet. my foot is numb and I can feel discomfort in the thigh?
I was training for a tournament of fights to come, when I did something to my calf. It is swollen to the size of my thigh (approximately) muscles were severely there is a wounded foot numbness and discomfort in the thigh as well. I can not bend to all calves. And it hurts damn bad when I walk. I feel my leg is in a campfire
Maybe break the calf muscle. You probably can not feel your feet, because the calf is swollen and blood flow towards the foot is blocked. I've done this before and sucks. You probably should not fight for a while. Rest, ice and Advil for now. It checked by a doctor to be sure the worst case, however.
